Policy of service

💰 Fixed Price Policy

All services are fixed price based on the agreed scope.
We do not charge by the hour.

If the property condition, size, or access differs from what was disclosed, the service may:
   •    Incur an additional fixed charge, or
   •    Be reclassified as Quote Only

✅ Satisfaction Guarantee
   •    Notify us within 24 hours if you’re not satisfied.
   •    We will return once only to fix original concerns.

📌 Does not apply to:
   •    New or additional requests
   •    Items outside original scope
   •    Services not included in booking

💬 Quote Only Policy

Quote Only applies when pricing cannot be fixed upfront due to size, condition, or complexity.

Includes (but not limited to):
   •    Heavily soiled or neglected properties
   •    Overgrown gardens / heavy weed growth
   •    Large outdoor areas
   •    Bulk rubbish removal
   •    Severe staining or mould

A fixed price will be provided after photos or inspection.

📦 Bundles Policy

Bundles are fixed-price and designed for light to moderate conditions.
   •    Additional work outside the bundle scope: Quoted separately or converted to Quote Only
   •    Bundles cannot be altered once work has commenced

Recommended Bundles for Clients:
   1.    Move-Out Boost – $120
   •    Oven, inside fridge, inside cupboards
   2.    Rental Ready Bundle – From $200
   •    Internal windows, wall spot cleaning, skirting boards
   3.    Rental Garden Refresh – From $150
   •    Light weed removal, small garden touch-up, path/patio sweep
   4.    Ultimate Rental Presentation – From $550
   •    Bond clean, internal windows, Rental Garden Refresh, standard rubbish removal​​

🧼 Cleaning Results Disclaimer
   •    Cannot guarantee removal of old/permanent stains, discolouration, or wear and tear
   •    Wet vacuum cleaning = surface refresh only, not deep steam/stain removal

🧪 Mould & Hazard Policy
   •    No hazardous mould, biohazards, asbestos, or unsafe substances
   •    Non-hazardous mould may incur additional charges or Quote Only

🐾 Pet Hair & Heavy Soiling Policy

Excessive pet hair, grease, or grime not disclosed at booking may:
   •    Require extra fixed charge, or
   •    Convert job to Quote Only

🚫 Damage & Liability Policy

We are not responsible for:
   •    Pre-existing damage
   •    Poorly secured / faulty fixtures
   •    Normal wear and tear

Fragile or valuable items must be removed prior to service.

🏠 Utilities & Access Policy

Clients must provide:
   •    Running water
   •    Electricity
   •    Safe access

If unavailable, cancellation fees may apply.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
   •    24+ hours’ notice: No charge
   •    Less than 24 hours: $80 fee
   •    Same-day / no access: Up to 50% of booking value

💳 Deposit Policy
   •    Standard deposit: 50% of total fixed price
   •    Due at booking via bank transfer, PayID, or card
   •    Balance: Due on completion of service

📌 Deposit terms:
   •    Secures booking; work will not commence without it
   •    Non-refundable if client cancels within 24 hours or fails to provide access
   •    Can be applied to rescheduling if agreed 48+ hours in advance

📌 For large properties, full outdoor resets, or high-value bundles, deposit may be up to 75%

📋 Items Not Included (Unless Quoted)
   •    Blind/curtain cleaning
   •    Chandeliers or specialty fixtures
   •    High external windows
   •    Roof, gutter, or pest control
   •    Landscaping / lawn mowing beyond light garden touch-up

🧠 FINAL STATEMENT
   •    All services are fixed-price for clarity, fairness, and efficiency
   •    Quote Only applies when scope cannot be pre-determined
   •    Policies protect both client and Star Pristine staff
   •    Satisfaction guaranteed (within scope)
